I have developed my own set of recipes to support your mental and physical needs. I’ve learnt from my mother and grandmother the traditional west African and Caribbean meals and ingredients that promote healing in the postpartum period. Add to the mix 7 years studying food in Italy and I’ve got a bank of tasty foods to keep you well fed and satisfied!
When creating meals for you, your preferences, intolerances, allergies and cravings all come first, and when possible, I use ingredients which are seasonal, local and organic, including herbs from my mum's biodynamic garden.
As your foodie doula, the services I offer include:
